Custom Order Policy

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon design approval to begin work on your custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or shipping.

Production Timeline

Custom orders are processed within 8-12 weeks depending on garment style, design complexity, and embellishment work. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline during your consultation. Please note that delays due to fabric availability, shipping, or customs are beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Custom order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable as we will have already begun sourcing materials and preparing your design.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each garment is made specifically to your measurements and design preferences. We encourage you to carefully review all design details, fabric selections, and measurements during your consultation.

Design Variations

  • Color & Fabric Variations: Actual fabrics, colors, and embroideries may vary slightly from original pictures or samples due to dye lot variations, screen display differences, and the handcrafted nature of our work.
  • Replicated Designs: When recreating a design from an existing garment or reference photo, the new outfit will be our best interpretation but will not be a 100% exact match. Embellishments and embroidery patterns will be a close match rather than identical.
  • Hand Embroidery & Embellishments: Hand-embroidered and hand-beaded garments are works of art created by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique with slight variations that add to its character and charm. The raw, handcrafted finish is what distinguishes these pieces from machine-made products.

Care & Handling of Embellishments

Garments with sequins, beads, stones, and other delicate embellishments require special care:

  • Some loss of embellishments may occur during normal wear and is unavoidable even with the best care
  • During international shipping, customs inspections may cause additional embellishments to come loose
  • We recommend professional dry cleaning and gentle handling to minimize embellishment loss
  • Minor repairs may be needed over time, which is normal for heavily embellished garments
