Appointment Policy
Scheduling Appointments
- Appointments recommended for custom consultations, bridal appointments, and fittings
- Same day appointments welcome based on availability
- Book via phone, email, or website
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a fee for future appointments
- Emergencies are understood - please call us at 408-368-8486
Punctuality
- Please arrive on time as you would be courteous to keep up with delay for the next appointment
- Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled
- We'll accommodate you when possible based on availability
Group Appointments
- Bridal parties welcome by appointment
- Specify group size when booking
Bridal Appointments
- Complimentary initial consultation
- Book 6-9 months before wedding date
- Bring inspiration photos and wedding details
- Minimum 2-3 fittings recommended
- Final fitting 2-3 weeks before wedding
Virtual Consultations
- Available for customers unable to visit in person
- Contact us to schedule video appointment
- Great for initial design discussions and follow-ups
