Payment & Pricing

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments
  • Ready-to-wear: Payment in full at time of purchase
  • Custom orders: 50% non-refundable deposit upon design approval, balance due upon completion
  • All prices subject to local sales tax
  • Product prices and images not available via email or text

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final - no returns or exchanges
  • Custom pieces are final sale
  • Try on garments and ask questions before purchasing

Alterations & Refits

  • Basic alterations complimentary on ready-to-wear purchases
  • Extensive alterations will be charged
  • Refits accepted within 7 days of delivery at no charge
  • Refits after 7 days will be charged
  • Sale/clearance items: minimal alteration charges apply
  • Custom orders include one complimentary fitting

Garment Care

  • All garments recommended DRY CLEAN ONLY
  • Care instructions provided with each purchase
  • We are not responsible for damage from improper care

Repairs & Replacements

Repair services available at reasonable rates:

  • Hooks, zippers, and closures
  • Tassels and decorative elements
  • Bra cups and padding
  • Missing embellishments

Note: RIITI is not responsible for embellishments lost due to shipping, customs, or normal wear.

Damage & Defect Policy

  • Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of purchase
  • Bring unworn garment with tags and receipt
  • We will repair or offer store credit
  • Not covered: wear and tear, improper care, outside alterations, normal embellishment loss

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Available in any denomination
  • Never expire
  • Not redeemable for cash

Layaway Program

  • Available for ready-to-wear items over $500
  • 25% deposit required
  • 30, 60, or 90-day payment plans
  • No interest or fees
  • Deposit forfeited if cancelled

Wedding & Bridal Services

  • Book 4-6 months in advance for bridal wear
  • 50% deposit required
  • 2-3 fittings recommended
  • Cancellations only within 48 hours
  • Bridal party coordination available

Boutique Guidelines

  • Photography/videography of garments not permitted
  • Children must be supervised
  • Customer measurements kept confidential and cannot be shared with client.
  • Personal styling assistance available

Privacy & Security

  • All personal information kept confidential and secure
  • Opt out of marketing anytime
  • Payment information processed securely

Liability

  • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, shipping delays, fabric availability, customs)
  • Our designs are copyrighted - reproduction prohibited
